PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT
To provide leadership by setting an example of service to others; persons served, co-workers, professional colleagues and persons in the community.
VISION STATEMENT
My personal vision is for an environment that is marked by true respect and mutual concern for the persons we serve, their families, and for co-workers and other professional colleagues. An environment where people are open to learn and to try new things. An environment where value is placed on the ideas and beliefs of each person. Where people are mentored. Where people are motivated to work and to serve one another.
VALUES STATEMENT
· The ability to listen and to understand.
· The ability to hear without judgment; to keep an open mind.
· The ability to make judgments once facts are known and understood.
· Knowing there may be more than one “right answer”.
· Giving credit to others for the good work they do.
· To serve and to help and to teach first, then lead.
· To be clear on goals and then point the way.
· Choosing words carefully so as not to damage those being led.
· To treat others with respect and dignity, even in matters of discipline.
· Allowing others to achieve.
